Some people often feel muscle pain, decreased arm strength, headache, fatigue, shortness of breath, sweating, backache and leg weakness, arrhythmia and sore throat. Psychological manifestations include listlessness, depression, unresponsiveness, insomnia and dreaminess, daytime sleepiness, inattention, memory loss, irritability, anxiety and palpitation. When I went to the hospital for examination, I couldn't make a definite diagnosis, but the ECG showed normal, and there was nothing wrong with my blood pressure and EEG. The doctor said it was either neurasthenia, endocrine disorders, even neurosis and menopausal syndrome. In fact, this has to consider the sub-health state, which some people call "semi-healthy people" or "gray state".
"Sub-health" refers to the marginal state between health and disease, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome or "the third state".
How to deal with sub-health
The most important thing for experts to diagnose "sub-health" patients is self-regulation. At present, many people have this understanding that taking supplements is to prevent and treat "sub-health", which is actually wrong. There used to be many people who were malnourished and weak, but now there are very few. Most people have contributed to "sub-health" because of tension, stress and abnormal nutrition metabolism.
For sub-health state, prevention is more important than treatment. Usually, we should pay more attention to the combination of work and rest, spare enough time for physical exercise and sleep, and relieve psychological stress. In addition, we should eat less salt, less sugar and high protein, and eat more alkaline foods and foods rich in vitamins C and B. Alkaline foods such as apples, kelp and fresh vegetables can neutralize the acidic environment in the body and play a role in eliminating fatigue. At the same time, be careful not to overeat or be partial to food. Overeating can cause organic pathological changes in digestive tract, and partial eclipse can induce "sub-health" state because of lack of certain nutrients.
