Mental health standards are divided into several levels.

Mental health standards can be simply expressed as three levels: self-harmony, interpersonal harmony and social harmony.

The standard of mental health can be understood from the following three levels:

You can complete the corresponding activities and undertake the activities or affairs entrusted by the corresponding roles, from which you can experience pleasure.

3. Having a comprehensive understanding of social problems, being able to objectively and comprehensively understand social phenomena, being able to look at various phenomena in society rationally, making positive explanations and explanations, and being able to undertake voluntary activities within one's ability are the manifestations of a high level of mental health.
