Farmers' Health Project in Beian Street

In 2006, the farmers' health project of Bei 'an Sub-district Office achieved results. Completed the construction of 45 community health service stations, including 42 primary stations and 3 secondary stations. The coverage rate of community health service reached 1.000%, the appearance, internal layout, rural doctors' equipment and drug procurement were unified, and the environment and conditions for people to seek medical treatment were obviously improved. During the construction of community health service stations, * * * raised more than 2.4 million yuan, including 300,000 yuan from the office finance as the start-up capital, and mobilized 20 enterprises in the region to contribute 20,000 yuan each to support the construction of 20 community health service stations in a named form, and encouraged the Municipal People's Hospital to provide medical equipment for some health service stations. And organized cadres to donate more than 30,000 yuan, the village collective raised 6,543,800 yuan+0.5 million yuan, and rural doctors prepared working capital of 220,000 yuan. Diversified policy promotion ensures the smooth construction of community health service stations.

First of all, rural doctors are openly recruited for the society. During the year, 86 rural doctors with professional qualifications were recruited, which were enriched to 45 service stations respectively. It is necessary to recruit rural doctors, conduct regular business training and improve their professional quality. Secondly, standardize the medical practice of rural doctors and promote the standardization of medical practice through system construction, so that community health service stations can meet the six requirements of "management system, appointment certificate, medical registration, prescription, drug price and charge receipt"; A unified supervision telephone number was set up, and village cadres, party member and representatives of the masses were regularly organized to give satisfactory evaluations to rural doctors. As the basis for rural doctors' reward, punishment and re-engagement, the appraisal results effectively standardized the medical behavior of rural doctors, improved the service level of rural doctors and guaranteed the vital interests of the people.
