Health certificate processing flow:

5, X-ray chest X-ray;
Patients with infectious diseases, skin infectious diseases and digestive tract infectious diseases can't get health certificates. Before applying for a health certificate, there will be a physical examination. After tuberculosis infection, tuberculosis, skin infectious diseases and liver infectious diseases caused by tuberculosis are not allowed. If you have an infectious disease when you apply for a health certificate, you need active treatment.

Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places Article 10 Operators of public places shall organize employees to have health check-ups every year, and employees shall not take up their posts until they have obtained valid health certificates.
Persons suffering from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E, as well as persons suffering from active pulmonary tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases, shall not engage in the work of directly serving customers before being cured.
People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
Article 45 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places * * * Personnel who directly serve customers in public places must hold a Health Certificate before they can engage in their own jobs. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
