What level of mental health does a sound personality belong to?

A sound personality belongs to a high level of mental health. According to relevant public information, Professor Huang Xiting believes that mental health is hierarchical, which can be roughly divided into three levels: mental illness and obstacles, normal mental function and sound personality. Among them, mental illness and disorder belong to unhealthy level, normal psychological function belongs to low-level mental health, and sound personality belongs to high-level mental health. The simplest definition of a sound personality is the normal and harmonious development of personality. Psychology has an academic definition of the relevant characteristics of a sound personality, which holds that a person's personality can be defined from five dimensions-personality (extroversion), personality quality (good and evil), sense of responsibility, emotional stability and openness of thinking.
