What is the difference between a first-class health manager and a second-class health manager?

Level of health manager

There are three levels of this profession, namely: health manager level III (national vocational qualification level III), health manager level II (national vocational qualification level II) and health manager level I (national vocational qualification level I).

Declaration conditions

—— Level-III health manager (under one of the following circumstances)

(1) College degree or above in medicine and health. (2) have a college degree or above in non-medical and health major, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have reached the required standard hours after the three-level formal training of health administrators, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

(3) Have a medical and health technical secondary school education or above, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years continuously, have reached the required standard hours after the three-level formal training of health administrators, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

—— Health Manager II (who meets one of the following conditions)

(1) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager. (2) After obtaining the third-level professional qualification certificate of the health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of the health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion. (three) with a bachelor's degree in medicine and health, and engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager. (4) Have a bachelor's degree in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-level professional qualification certificate of health manager, have reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of health manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion. (5) After obtaining the qualification of intermediate and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, they passed the secondary formal training of health administrators, reached the prescribed standard class hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(6) have a master's degree or above in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years.

-Health Administrator level (one of the following conditions)

(1) has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the second-class professional qualification certificate of health manager. (2) After obtaining the second-class professional qualification certificate of health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has received formal training for the standard hours specified by the first-class health manager, and obtained the certificate of completion. (3) Have a bachelor's degree certificate in this major or related major, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupation 13 years or more. (4) After obtaining the qualification of associate senior and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, he has accepted the standard hours of formal training at the level of health administrator and obtained the certificate of completion. (5) Have a master's degree or doctor's degree certificate in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 0/0 years.
