China Net Health is a micro-signal that can only be used by one person. You can apply for one yourself.
1. Search for "Electronic Health Card" on WeChat, and click "Go to Use" in Services-My Health Card to enter the electronic health card platform.
2. On the homepage of the electronic health card platform, after authorized login, change the city to your own city in the upper left corner of the page and click the plus sign to apply for an electronic health card.
3. On the application page, truthfully fill in personal information such as personal name and ID number.
