The second stage is the stage of acquiring knowledge and skills; We Beijingers have a saying that "talking without practicing the trick on the overpass", "talking without practicing is lip-synching; Practice is not stupid; Saying that practice is a real move; It is a good move to practice while talking, so nutrition educators should be able to speak and practice. Therefore, we should attach importance to imparting knowledge and skills in nutrition education, so that the masses can "learn several times". As for what to say? What did you say?/Sorry? How come? It is very important for us to do a good job in investigation and research, and not to "teach only knowledge but not skills".
The third stage is the stage of motivation formation, which is to let people form the behavioral motivation of stressing nutrition. For example, I recently opened a general course "Healthy Lifestyle and Healthy Communication" in Peking University, which lasted for more than ten weeks and was loved by students. The response was enthusiastic beyond my expectation. In this course, it involves reasonable diet and nutrition. I left an assignment for my classmates to record their three meals a day for three consecutive days (including when, what to eat and how much to eat? When and what exercise did you do? How much exercise, etc.) Through students' self-records, I found that there are many unhealthy problems in students' lifestyle, such as not loving sports, often skipping breakfast, liking junk food, eating meat, being vegetarian, eating greasy food with high fat, recognizing a cookbook, and being a cookbook from beginning to end. , all kinds of types! I will give him the correct dietary guidance according to each student's situation, and let him know the basic dietary balance of "a small amount of variety, less meals, balanced omnivore, fresh and lewd" in very easy-to-understand language. Through self-recording, students also have an understanding of their lifestyle. They were surprised to find that there were so many unhealthy problems in their lifestyle, which greatly touched them and prompted many students to start thinking about personal and family health problems. Many students have a strong motivation to change their unhealthy lifestyle and begin to take part in exercise, pay attention to a reasonable diet and eat healthy food.
