According to the requirements of "Implementation Opinions on Public Recruitment of Newly Recruited Personnel in Jiaozuo City Institutions" (Jiaozuo City [2007] No.42), and according to the needs of work, it was decided to openly recruit 97 staff members for 28 municipal institutions. The following recruitment brochures are specially formulated.

I. Guiding ideology and principles

Second, the recruitment unit and the number of people

The recruitment of public institutions involves 28 public institutions, and 97 people are planned to be recruited (see recommendation for details).

Third, the object and conditions of recruitment

(a) who meet the following conditions, can apply for:

4. Good health;

5. Meet the professional and academic requirements of each applied position. The general professional education requirements are national education series (specifically, subject to the post table). Candidates with bachelor degree or below are required to be under 30 years old (1born after September 8, 1982), full-time postgraduate candidates are required to be under 35 years old (1born after September 8, 1977/kloc-0), and full-time doctoral candidates are required to be under 40 years old (65438+).

6. On-the-job personnel must indicate their on-the-job experience in the relevant information items of online registration, and provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam when the interview qualification is confirmed. In-service teachers must also sign the opinions of the education authorities when applying for the exam;

7. Meet other conditions proposed by the employer. Applicants should indicate their academic qualifications, award-winning certificates, work experience and other job requirements in the online registration notes.

Fourth, recruitment methods

This recruitment is registered by position. In the recruitment process, the written test, interview, physical examination and assessment are all sorted according to the position from high score to low score.

(1) Registration

This registration is conducted by online registration.

1. Submit a registration application.

Candidates log on to Jiaozuo Personnel Examination Network () from 8: 00 on September 18 to 6:00 on September 2 1 8, click on "Online Registration" and "Recruitment of Institutions Directly under Jiaozuo City +02" to enter the online registration system, and submit the registration as required. After the application is accepted, a registration number will be fed back to the applicant. The registration number is an important basis for applicants to inquire about the results of qualification examination, online payment, download and print admission tickets and results inquiry, and must be properly kept.

2. Qualification examination

The recruitment organization department shall conduct online preliminary examination of the applicant's application and photos within 2 days after the applicant submits the application, and put forward audit opinions.

Those who have accepted the registration application can log on to the original registration website after submitting the registration application 1 to see if they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of the qualification for the examination can no longer apply for other positions; Those who have not yet entered the preliminary examination for qualification or failed in the preliminary examination for qualification can be reported to other positions. If the application materials are incomplete or the electronic photos do not meet the requirements, the applicant shall supplement or replace them in time and submit them again for review as required.

3. Online payment

Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will pay the written examination fee through the original registration website during the period from 20/KLOC-0 to September 22 18: 00 (the applicant prepares the UnionPay card of ICBC or Bank of Communications, opens the online banking function and deposits enough money). Failure to pay the fee on time is regarded as automatic waiver.

4. Print the admission ticket online

Applicants who successfully paid online fees will log on to Jiaozuo Personnel Examination Network from 8: 00 to June 10/0/6: 00 to download and print the admission ticket (A4 paper).

5. Applicants can only choose one position to apply for the exam, and the registration must be consistent with the ID card used during the exam.

6. In principle, the ratio between the number of applicants and the number of candidates to be employed shall not be less than 3: 1. If the ratio is less than 3: 1, the number of persons to be employed shall be reduced accordingly; If the proportion is still not reached after the reduction, the post will no longer be recruited; If the job is no longer recruited due to the reduction of positions, the applicants will be notified to report to Jiaozuo Personnel Testing Center for other qualified positions within 3 days. If they are unwilling to re-report, the written examination fee will be refunded.

7. Except those who are exempted from the written examination fee upon approval, the applicants shall pay the written examination fee according to 60 yuan per person.

8. The rural absolutely poor families and urban family members who enjoy the national minimum living allowance can be exempted from paying the written examination fee. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, eligible candidates shall go through the formalities of fee exemption at the Municipal Personnel Testing Center (address: Jiaodong Road Labor Building, Jiaozuo City 1 1 Building) before September 22, 2065438. Applicants who intend to be exempted from the written examination fee should submit the following materials: applicants from rural absolute poverty families, submit the original poverty certificate issued by the poverty alleviation office of the county (city, district) where the family is located and the basic information file card of poor families (original and photocopy); Applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee for urban families shall submit the original certificate and low guarantee (original and photocopy) issued by the civil affairs department of the county (city, district) where the family is located.

9. This recruitment and qualification examination work runs through the whole process of examination and employment. The information and related materials submitted by the applicants at the time of registration must be true and valid, and a letter of commitment of good faith should be signed at the time of registration. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the qualifications required for the post to be hired and provides false materials will be disqualified from the examination and employment.

(2) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, which is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

1, written test

The written test time is based on the issuance time of the written test admission ticket.

The contents of the written test are "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and "Application", with full marks 100. Examination time 150 minutes.

According to the relevant national and provincial regulations, Jiaozuo students who have passed the examination after the expiration of the volunteer service plan for the western region of China, the volunteer service plan for poverty-stricken counties in our province and the "three supports and one support" plan (provide proof 1 copy, original household registration book 1 copy), and Jiaozuo college graduates who have passed the examination after the expiration of service (provide original proof 1 copy/kloc) Students with "three supports and one support" who have passed the examination after the expiration of service in counties and urban areas of Jiaozuo City (provide the original and photocopy of the certificate), and college student village cadres who have worked in rural areas of Jiaozuo City for more than 2 years (provide the certificate of the management office of college student village cadres at the city and county levels), and add 5 points to the written test (Yu Ban [2008]16). Step 2 interview

Conduct interview qualification confirmation before the interview. Those who enter the interview qualification confirmation should hold their valid ID card, graduation certificate and degree certificate before the interview. Among them, the returned overseas students should hold their valid ID card, the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students issued by the Education (Culture) Department of the China Embassy (Consulate), the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree Certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the original and photocopy of the certificate to the designated place for interview qualification confirmation. If the post to be employed has other requirements for qualifications, relevant certificates and certificates shall be provided; If you are an on-the-job employee, you must also provide proof that your unit agrees to apply for the exam. When the interview qualification is confirmed, if the main information of the relevant materials is found to be false, the candidate's interview qualification will be cancelled.

The time and place of confirmation of interview qualification shall be subject to the announcement. Those who fail to meet the deadline will be deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically. In the process of interview qualification confirmation, if someone gives up or fails to pass the interview qualification confirmation, they will enter the interview qualification confirmation from high to low according to the written test results of the post examination. Those who pass the interview qualification confirmation will receive an interview notice.

According to the job characteristics of the position to be hired by the employer, the interview is conducted in a structured interview or a combination of structured interview and skill test and on-site exercise, with a full score of 100.

Total test score = written test score+interview score.

(3) Physical examination

According to the total score of the exam, the participants are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. Just like the total test scores of candidates for a position are the same, the physical examination personnel will be determined in equal amounts according to the order of written test scores from high to low; If the written test scores are the same, try the interview again, and those with high interview scores will enter the physical examination. If someone gives up or fails to pass the medical examination during the medical examination, they will be replenished in turn according to the total score of the post examination. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the municipal discipline inspection and supervision department supervises the whole process.

(4) Evaluation

Those who pass the physical examination of each post shall enter the examination and be organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employing unit and its competent department according to the management authority. If someone fails in the assessment process, they will be replenished in turn.

(5) Employment

According to the total score of the exam and the results of physical examination and assessment, the candidates will be selected and publicized for 7 days. During the publicity period, seriously investigate and implement the problems reflected by the masses. After the publicity, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will uniformly issue the employment documents.

If the proposed employee fails to go through the employment formalities within the specified time or cannot go through the employment formalities for personal reasons, his employment qualification will be cancelled.

The examination personnel shall implement the employment contract system, and the employing unit shall sign an employment contract with the employed personnel. The term of employment contract (including probation period) shall not be less than 3 years. The probation period is implemented for new recruits, and the probation period for unemployed graduates is 1 year. The probation period of other personnel shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be formally employed; Unqualified, terminate the employment contract, and recommend employment or self-employment by the talent market.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Provisions on Public Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the former Ministry of Personnel), job avoidance and official avoidance shall be strictly implemented.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the registration conditions during the recruitment process will be disqualified from participating in the recruitment.
