(2) Face and adapt to reality scientifically, objectively and bravely. (4) We should fully understand ourselves and accept ourselves happily, that is, we should have self-knowledge. If a person lives in an objective environment, he should adapt himself to the environment and be a person who can fully understand himself. In daily life, study and work, you can express yourself appropriately and rationally avoid doing things you can't do, so that you can have less failures and less troubles.

If you overestimate yourself, your goal is too high, but the result is not what you want; However, if you underestimate yourself, you will often miss the favorable opportunity in front of you, so that you will accomplish nothing in your life, and you will often be troubled by bad mentality such as self-suffering, self-danger, self-shame, inferiority and self-confusion, and even embark on the road of self-destruction. Teenagers with mental health must have strong self-control and cultivate the spirit of self-guidance and self-detachment; Only by learning to restrain inner ups and downs and keep balance objectively can we adapt effectively.

(5) Pay attention to the combination of work and rest. Moderate study and work and colorful spare time can protect the health of the brain and nervous system. Proper rest is extremely important for maintaining mental health. In short, mentally healthy teenagers should be open-minded, far-sighted, love life, full of self-confidence, cheerful, lively and lovely, diligent and enterprising.
