SWAT, for short, refers to a combat unit subordinate to the non-military department, whose main task is to combat terrorism and powerful criminals.
These mainly include police officers with strong combat capability, whose main function is law enforcement (such as SWAT, public security special police), and special forces subordinate to non-military departments, whose main function is counter-terrorism (such as HRT, GSG9, etc. of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation).
