Ultraviolet lamps are used for routine irradiation and disinfection. See the following disinfection methods for specific operations. Disinfection frequency can be adjusted according to actual needs.

(five) during the epidemic, we should strengthen the daily preventive disinfection of classrooms, libraries, activity rooms, indoor gymnasiums, dormitories and other places on campus. (See Articles 3 and 6 of this Guide for specific methods). When fever, cough and other symptoms appear on campus within 0/4 days of/kloc-and there is a history of staying in key areas for epidemic prevention and control, novel coronavirus should contact the local CDC in time for disinfection at any time and terminal disinfection (see Articles 4, 5 and 6 of this guide for specific methods).

Third, daily preventive disinfection.

(A) air disinfection

Ultraviolet lamp irradiation or air disinfection machine disinfection can be used.

1. Ultraviolet lamp irradiation and disinfection: it is turned on in unmanned state, and the irradiation is not less than 1 hour each time, once a day.

2. air disinfection machine disinfection: air disinfection machine such as ultraviolet circulating air and high-voltage electrostatic circulating air can be used, and the operation shall be carried out according to the equipment instruction manual. Advocate open use under human conditions.

(2) Air conditioning filter

Clean and disinfect once a month. The filter screen can be soaked in chlorine-containing disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L for 30 minutes, then rinsed with clear water and dried.

(3) Disinfection of ground and object surface

Available chlorine concentration of 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant mop the floor, after 30 minutes with clean water. Lectures, tables and chairs, window sills, corner cabinets, door and window handles, bedrails, telephones, switches, washbasins, toilets, countertops and other high-frequency contact parts can be wiped with 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant, and cleaned with clean water after 30 minutes, at least once a day.

(5) Disinfection of tableware in collective canteens

Tableware sterilizer is the first choice for disinfection. Commonly used disinfection cupboards include ultraviolet ozone disinfection cupboards and high-temperature heating disinfection cupboards, which are used according to the operating instructions. It can also be disinfected by high-temperature steam or boiling 15 ~ 30 minutes, or soaked in chlorine-containing disinfectant (the concentration of available chlorine is 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L) for 30 minutes, and then rinsed with clear water. Tableware should be cleaned after disinfection.

(6) hand disinfection

Schools should provide adequate hand washing facilities on campus. During the period of novel coronavirus infection, schools should be equipped with enough soap and hand sanitizer to urge students to wash their hands after entering school, before leaving school, before and after eating and defecating, and before and after group activities. Wash your hands with running water and follow the "seven-step washing method". According to the actual situation, it can be equipped with a quick hand disinfectant containing ethanol.

The filter screen can be soaked in chlorine-containing disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L for 30 minutes, then rinsed with clean water and dried before use. The closed school bus without windows can be disinfected with mobile ultraviolet lamp 1 hour after the personnel are emptied, or sprayed with chlorine-containing disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 250 mg/L ~ 500 mg/L, and then the air conditioner is turned on for external circulation ventilation after 30 minutes.

Fourth, disinfect at any time.

When the school finds suspected cases or exposed cases in novel coronavirus, it shall immediately isolate the sick students, and the school shall designate the epidemic reporter to report to the local CDC immediately, determine the close contact personnel under the guidance of the CDC and take corresponding measures; At the same time, the relevant environment is disinfected.

Suspected cases and close contacts are notified at any time. The disinfection method is as follows:

2. Disinfection of excreta and vomit of suspected cases: The package can be covered with an emergency vomit bag filled with solid peracetic acid, or covered with a dry towel, and sprayed with chlorine-containing disinfectant 10000mg/l until wet. The mesa and ground polluted by dirt should be disinfected in time, and the disinfectant with the concentration of available chlorine of 2000 mg/L can be used to wipe or mop the floor. Verb (abbreviation for verb) is finally disinfected.

After the suspected cases are sent to the hospital for treatment, the local disease control institutions should disinfect the school environment in time.

Six, commonly used disinfectants and preparation

(1) preparation method of chlorine-containing disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 500mg/l;

1.84 disinfectant (marked with available chlorine content of 5%): diluted according to the ratio of disinfectant: water 1: 100;

2. Disinfecting powder (marked with available chlorine content 12%, 20g/ bag): 1 bag of disinfecting powder plus 4.8 liters of water;
