Why do I look at my mobile phone, wash clothes, take a walk and so on? As long as I have something to do, I am bored, and it is particularly annoying to stay quietly when I have nothing to do?

Here's the thing. People are quiet. Unless they are asleep, the brain's thinking will not stop, that is, it is quiet. What are we thinking? Maybe there is really nothing to think about. Maybe a lot of things to think about are miscellaneous and confused, so they are boring. In contrast, if you answer a math problem quietly, you won't feel bored, because your thinking is oriented.

When we have something to do, our thoughts are focused on "things" and we don't think much. At best, we are distracted and will not be bored.

So we use it backwards every day. When you are bored, take a walk, do things and distract yourself.

I hope to adopt.
