For example, physical education class will talk about the necessity of warm-up activities and stretching exercises, how to control the intensity of exercise, the elements of different nutrients involved in biology and chemistry classes, the scientific and reasonable nutritional diet structure and so on.

3. Appraisal object: Grade 8 students.
4. Assessment time: the next semester of Grade 8.
5. Assessment method: Each district organizes assessment (open book) by computer examination according to the unified requirements of the whole city.
3. How can I evaluate my performance if I can't participate in the evaluation of exercise process normally due to injury?
A: First, the attendance assessment of short-term injury candidates (no more than 1 semester) is the same as that of normal candidates. Physical education class's academic level assessment application for exemption is not more than 2 times, and the exemption project is recorded as 60 points, which will be used as the final evaluation of the semester; Those who apply for exemption for more than two times will be scored according to the passing scores in the physical education class Academic Proficiency Examination this semester.
Second, I was injured all semester. Candidates who can participate in the internship in physical education class, but can't participate in the academic level assessment in physical education class, the attendance assessment is the same as that of normal candidates, and the academic level assessment in physical education class is scored according to the passing standard of the semester. If the number of times a candidate has the above situation in junior high school exceeds half of the number of semesters to be assessed, the highest score of the candidate's process assessment in junior high school shall not exceed 7 points.
