Health promotion usually refers to the one-way spread of health knowledge. Health promotion refers to the information dissemination activities carried out among the masses on health work, environmental protection and transformation, health promotion and so on. The contents of the dissemination also include health policies, regulations, rules and health (medical) science and technology information. Health promotion is an important means of health education, not the whole of health education. Health education needs to provide knowledge, skills and services necessary for behavior change, so as to promote behavior change of individuals, groups and society.
Unidirectional propagation is linear propagation without feedback. The information sent by the disseminator reaches the addressee personally through the communication channel. The relationship between the sender and the receiver is only a unilateral giving and receiving relationship.
The disseminator is the person who transmits information, and the addressee is only the destination of communication and the receiving end of information. In one-way communication, the relationship between the communicator and the receiver is only unilateral "giving" and "receiving".
