How to make middle school students drink water actively? Reasons for choosing practical research topics.

Water is the source of life, and all human life activities are inseparable from water. It is very important to ensure adequate water intake every day for the normal operation of human physiological functions. But supermarkets and advertisements are full of all kinds of delicious and sweet drinks, which directly stimulate children's vision and taste. These fruit drinks and milk drinks make children fondle admiringly, so that they can't guarantee the most basic water intake in their bodies every day, which is very unfavorable to their health and development. In the process of kindergarten education and teaching, we also found that many children do not take the initiative to drink water in the park, and only drink after the teacher reminds them. Some children don't like drinking boiled water, so they deliberately drink less or not. Many kindergarten children don't have the habit of drinking water actively. The Curriculum of Kindergarten Education clearly points out that kindergartens must give priority to protecting children's lives and promoting their health. The guide to learning and development for children aged 3-6 points out in the goal of living habits and living ability that children aged 3-6 should be willing to drink boiled water instead of greedy cups. In the educational suggestions, it is also pointed out that children should drink more boiled water and less drinks. Kindergartens should pay attention to children's daily drinking activities, and good drinking habits are the necessary conditions to ensure children's healthy drinking. The younger the child, the higher the proportion of water needed in the body. Timely hydration is very important for children's physical development. Therefore, how to cultivate children's conscious and sufficient good drinking habits is particularly important. To this end, our park has specially carried out the research on the topic of "Children's Good Drinking Habits Development Strategy", actively exploring feasible and effective implementation strategies to help children consciously develop good drinking habits and promote their healthy development.
