1. What is my goal in this research? How's the grade?
A: The goal of this study is to understand how classical teachers disassemble their career development with easy-to-understand pronunciation.
After six days of study, I have some understanding, and I need to strengthen the learning content through a second interview.
2. Gains and losses and shortcomings?
A: Harvest: Look at your core competitiveness from the perspective of career development, and then consider how to improve your core competitiveness. In order to enhance their core competitiveness (advantages), we need to take what we have learned as our core competitiveness.
I have to learn to judge whether my work is worth doing since I was a child. If the work is not good, do you need to change it, or through constant adjustment, from imperfection to perfection?
Insufficient: I haven't made a system reply yet. Teaching is the best learning. I hope I can make a good answer and turn my knowledge into something I can use. Help friends correctly understand the logic of career development and their own advantages, so as to tap their own advantages.
3, my next move, if this study is to improve my cognition, how do I plan to move from "knowing" to "doing"?
A: It is difficult for women to "get ahead in one step" in the workplace, and it is difficult to sell melons and talk big. Under the examination-oriented education, it is difficult for us to actively show our advantages. I think what we have to do now is to dig deep into our own advantages, give play to our own strengths, and hope to achieve 20% in a certain field, and then make up our own shortcomings. Take dreams as a horse and live up to your youth.
4. What resources do you need to "do"?
A: Learn to make a deeper career analysis of yourself; I hope to link to more excellent business partners and exchange values. Improve your ability, because your value to others is your greatest resource.
1, introduce yourself
[name]? A person with both ability and political integrity
[occupation]? Heart Rate Monitor
[coordinates]? Zhejiang Jinhua
[industry]? automotive industry
[My three keywords] HRM/ reading practitioners/love to toss.
[My expectation]? 19 I hope to learn about career development.
[I can provide] to share my experience and minefields in the process of workplace exploration.
2. The learning content is repeated.
First of all, thank you very much for Amy and Zhang Xin's seven-day company. The classical teacher passed the six-day course, which gave us a preliminary understanding of career development.
The first day of the course is to look at your career development status through the five-element model of career development. Among them, the five elements include: love, ability, worth doing (short-term elements) and conforming to the trend and resisting risks (long-term elements). In fact, what impressed me the most was that "if you want to achieve great success, you still have to keep up with the trend", and of course, there is a little luck.
The second day's course is mainly about what is core competence? It is a core competitiveness that can't be taken away, can't be learned, and is of high value and sustainable. Competition is divided into four levels: physical strength, intelligence, resources, creativity and talent. How can we reduce the proportion of the physical level, focus on the intellectual level and enter the resource level?
The third day's course is mainly about how to give full play to your own advantages. Confirm your own advantages through the 4D mode, and then make deep advantages, make up for the defects, and enter the rainbow team.
The fourth day of the course is effective study. I want to improve my advantages, so how can I turn the knowledge I have learned into my core competitiveness? The most crucial one is the 72 1 rule: hands-on practice accounts for seven, exchange ideas accounts for two, and learning theory accounts for one.
The fifth day of the course is "How to judge whether your work is worth doing?" Professional value = income+development+emotion, we should look at the whole, pay attention to the key points, don't be impulsive, change what can be changed, and don't entangle what can't be changed.
The sixth day's lesson is "Tell us that our work is not good, should we change or continue?" First of all, we must understand that good jobs are not found, but constantly adjusted (love, ability and things worth doing are linked to form a flywheel effect). When the flywheel is not working properly, we should base ourselves on the present and adjust from imperfect to perfect.
3. Next step
A: I participated in a training camp related to career development in the first half of the year, and I am going to enroll in a career development course for classical teachers in the second half. What courses should we consider now?
At the beginning of this year, I planned a study fund for myself to encourage myself to study abroad. As a fourth-tier city, if I don't go out to study more and keep a awe of the future, I will only live in infinite anxiety about the future.
Compared with any investment, only education has the highest return on investment.
After studying these days, everyone should have a good understanding of the classic teacher's courses. Would you like to continue your study and join the classical teacher's class with me?
If your career development has improved, what actions have you taken and what do these actions mean to you? If you want to do this action now, where will you start?
This is the problem mentioned in the homework Amy gave me.
The promotion of career development is that I have made great efforts in "capable", upgraded and focused on my own advantages. For me, these movements are all expressions that I want to improve my competitive level.
If I want to continue to do this action now, I will still try to improve my knowledge and turn what I have learned into competitiveness.
