1) The Occupational Safety and Health Management Committee organizes the review of potential risk factors;
2) Occupational safety and health risk assessment adopts "risk assessment index matrix method".
3) Risk classification: unacceptable risks are called major risks, and unwanted risks are called major risks.
4) The evaluation results shall form a risk assessment report on safety and occupational hazards of each post.
5) Formulate relevant corrective or preventive measures according to the risk degree, company capacity and development plan.
5. 1.7 When the following situations occur, the occupational safety and health hazards should be re-identified and evaluated.
1) Changes and supplements of relevant laws, regulations, standards and specifications;
2) After major occupational safety and health and environmental pollution accidents;
3) When adopting new technologies, new materials, new processes and new equipment;
4) When the third party audit or monitoring puts forward new requirements.
