When manually adding pairing exceptions, please refer to the following scenarios for troubleshooting:
1. Scan code pairing prompt failed to obtain device information.
1. Please enter Huawei Health App, click on the device and wait for the device list to be updated.
2. Check whether other mobile phones are connected. If yes, please delete the previous pairing record on the previously connected mobile phone and try to scan the code again.
3. If the scan code pairing is unsuccessful, it is recommended that you pair it in the device list.
Second, the device list pairing failed.
Huawei Health App device pairing interface has no device entry/list update failure.
1. Please upgrade Huawei Health App to the latest version and re-pair the connection. When pairing, you need to keep the network environment stable. If the network is poor, it is recommended to reopen Huawei Health App after changing the network environment and try to update it.
2. In some cases, there may be a large number of requesting users, and there will be network delay. I suggest you stagger the peak hours of using the Internet (such as eating/commuting in the morning and evening) and wait 1-2 hours and try again.
Huawei Health App cannot find the Bluetooth name of the device/pairing failed.
There was a problem with the first pairing.
1. After selecting the language, the new wearable device is in the pairing interface (the interface that displays the name of the wearable device). If it is not in this interface, it is recommended to put the wearable device and the mobile phone together and try the operation again after restoring the factory settings.
2. Please make sure that you have selected the correct device model and the correct Bluetooth name. Please check the Bluetooth name of the wearable device on the device side.
3. The Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
4. Turn on the location permission switch of Huawei Health App (always allowed is recommended).
(1)iOS: Take the ios 13.6 mobile phone as an example. The mobile phone enters the settings, and the drop-down list selects Huawei's health open location permission;
(2) Android/HarmonyOS system: Take Huawei mobile phone of EMUI 1 1.0 as an example, and the mobile phone enters the settings >; Application > application management > sports health > permission to turn on the position information switch;
(3) Three-party mobile phones: Take Samsung S20android11oneui3.0 as an example: mobile phone portal settings >; Apply > Huawei Health > Permissions > Location Information to open the location information.
Please turn on the positioning service or GPS switch of the mobile phone system.
(1)iOS: Take the ios 13.6 mobile phone as an example, and enter the settings of the mobile phone >; Privacy >; Location service, starting the location service;
(2) Android/HarmonyOS system: Take Huawei mobile phone of EMUI 1 1.0 as an example: mobile phone portal settings >; Privacy >; Location service, open access to my location information, click to improve accuracy, open Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning;
(3) Three-party mobile phone: Samsung S20android11oneui3.0 as an example: mobile phone portal settings >; Location Services, select Open Location Services.
6. If the above methods can't be solved, please restore the wearable device to the factory settings, uninstall and reinstall Huawei Health App, and check whether there are paired wearable devices in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. If yes, please delete the pairing information, turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, restore the network settings of the mobile phone, restart the mobile phone, and then pair again.
7. Replace other mobile phones and re-pair, and check whether the pairing failed because of the mobile phone.
There was a problem replacing the pairing.
1. Please unbind the previously connected Huawei Health App from the Bluetooth mobile phone system, and then connect the new mobile phone. The specific operation is as follows:
Unbind Android/HarmonyOS mobile phone:
Please confirm that the Bluetooth of the original mobile phone system is turned on, then click the device details page in Huawei Health App, click the upper right corner of the device details page, and click Delete Device. Check whether there are paired wearable devices in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. If yes, please delete the pairing information before re-pairing. The specific path is as follows: Settings > Bluetooth, find the device among the paired devices, click the mark on the right, and click Unpack.
Unbind iOS phone:
Click the device in the lower right corner of Huawei Health App, slide the wearable device icon to the left, and click the delete button; At the same time, set in Bluetooth > click the circle with the letter I behind the Bluetooth name of the watch that was paired before, and click Ignore this device to delete the pairing record.
If you can't find the original mobile phone, you can do the following:
1) Huawei Watch GT 2/ Huawei Watch 3 and other series click to connect the new mobile phone on the device side (Settings >; System menu > connect a new phone);
2) For other devices, please select Restore Factory Settings in the Wearable Device Settings interface.
2. If the pairing still fails, please refer to the first pairing method for troubleshooting.
Third, the pairing prompt box does not pop up on the wearable device, and Huawei Health App prompts that the pairing failed.
1. Please turn off and turn on Bluetooth again, or restart the wearable device and mobile phone and try to connect again.
2. Huawei WATCH 3 Series/Huawei WATCH GT 2/ Huawei Watch GT 2e can try to press and hold the button 16 seconds to forcibly restart the watch, and then re-pair.
3. If the wearable device is connected to another mobile phone, please unbind it from the previously connected Huawei Health App and Bluetooth mobile phone system, or turn off the Bluetooth of the previously connected mobile phone before connecting the new mobile phone.
4. Turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, reset the network settings of the mobile phone, and then pair again.
5. Replace other mobile phones for pairing, and check whether the pairing fails because of the mobile phone.
6. The above operations are still unable to connect. It is recommended that you bring the relevant purchase voucher to the nearest Huawei customer service center.

Wearable devices that support heart rate broadcast, if the wearable device is in heart rate broadcast mode, do not support pairing connection with Huawei Health App. If you need to connect, please press the key to exit the heart rate broadcast mode first.
