Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
Party and government management positions also need to meet the following conditions:
(1)5 years or above working experience in party and government management;
(2) Intermediate and above titles;
(3) Born after 1 983 65438+1 October1(inclusive), and the age of the deputy senior professional title is not more than 45 years old, namely1978 65438+1October/.
The base date for calculating work experience is the date when the recruitment announcement is issued.
Work experience refers to formal work experience, excluding personal internship and part-time work experience during the student period.

(2) Online confirmation
1. Applicants can check whether they have passed the preliminary examination of school qualifications on the registration website 24 hours after submitting the registration information online (postponed on holidays).
2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.
3. Failure to confirm the registration qualification online on time, upload photos, and request to pay the registration fee without paying it will be deemed invalid.
(3) Print the admission ticket online.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb.

3. There is no examination ratio for doctoral students, and the examination ratio for master students is 1:3.

4. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.
After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.
Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.
Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.
5. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

Three, assessment subjects, time and implementation measures

The examination methods are: written test, interview and psychological test.
Written test: it mainly examines the theoretical knowledge and professional practical ability or operational skills required by candidates' positions, does not specify a bibliography, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold examination counseling training courses.
The score for passing the written test is 60 (full mark 100).
According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:3.
If the proportion of qualified candidates in the written test does not reach 1:3, all qualified candidates will enter the interview. When the last candidate is tied, the tied candidate will be included in the interviewer list.
If the shortlisted candidates give up the interview opportunity during the interview confirmation, their interview qualifications will be cancelled, and the interviewers will be replenished according to the written test scores of qualified candidates applying for the same position from high to low.
After the written test 10 working days, the interviewer's name, written test score, position and ranking will be announced in the "publicity" column of the website of Nanjing Forestry University.
Those who fail to participate in the follow-up assessment at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Interview: The interview mainly tests the comprehensive qualities of the candidate, such as professional ability, post awareness, competence and practical operation ability.
The score for passing the interview is 70 (full mark 100), and the interview result will be informed on the spot.
Psychological test mainly tests the mental health and quality of candidates in the form of online answering questions.
This item is an investigation item and is not included in the total score.
The total score of candidates' assessment is calculated according to the percentage system, and the total score of 70 is qualified.
Total score (100) = written test score ×30%+ interview score ×70%.
The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
If the total score is the same, priority will be given to the ranking of those with high interview results; If the written test score is the same as the interview score, the ranking will be determined by interview and test.
(2) Qualification examination
1. Before the interview, Nanjing Forestry University will conduct on-site qualification review of the applicants, and the time for qualification review will be announced in the "Publicity" column of the website of the Personnel Department of Nanjing Forestry University.
The qualification examination shall provide the originals and photocopies of the following materials:
(1) valid id.
(2) Graduation certificates and degree certificates during undergraduate (junior college), master's and doctoral periods; Graduate employment recommendation form and agreement, or graduation certificate issued by the student affairs office (department) or graduate work department (graduate school) (the time when the academic degree certificate was obtained must be indicated).
Graduates from foreign teaching and research institutions provide corresponding certification materials.

(4) English proficiency certificate is required for the post 14.
(5) The post of16 shall provide the work experience certificate, professional title certificate and party member certificate issued by the Party organization.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of the candidates is determined according to the calculation method of the total score, and the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
Nanjing Forestry University will organize an inspection for those who pass the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of the inspection and medical examination.
The list of candidates will be published on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security and Nanjing Forestry University Personnel Department for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or other reasons lead to the vacancy of the employment position, the qualified personnel will be replenished in turn from high score to low score according to the total score.
