Yes "Starlight Project" is the first large-scale public welfare project in China aimed at inactive HBeAg-negative chronic HBV-infected people (referred to as IHC population), which belongs to public welfare concessions and does not charge fees. It aims to help more people infected with chronic HBV get clinical cure, and contribute to the Healthy China Action and the World Health Organization's goal of eliminating the threat of viral hepatitis to human beings in 2030.
