We often use awareness, but we are forced to use it passively because of fear and anxiety, so we will be very tired. For example, people use consciousness more in important occasions and workplaces than at home, because we are afraid of letting others see our bad image, or we are forced to remain conscious for other reasons of fear.
When I stop worrying about anxiety because of fear and take the initiative to use it, it will be very interesting and relaxing, because awareness will make me grow up from the pain I encounter in my life and become a happy way of love, because everyone comes to the earth to grow up.
There is a passage that I think.
Life reminds you to grow with love. If you ignore it, it will remind you painfully. If it hurts more, it will make you wake up with loss. Finally, life will take pains to lose life itself, because people are reincarnation and the body is dead. After death, you will be reborn into a new body and continue to grow.

Reflection: Who do you think you are? (No matter who we think we are or where our essence lies, we have been influenced by personal experience, family and local customs and culture since childhood, so we choose to be the one who deviates from the essence now. What you do is not conducive to presenting our true self. If a person says that he is evil, then he has long forgotten himself.
First, the state of nothingness: peace of mind is like water.
For example, when you are in a daze occasionally, your brain is blank. This is unconsciously entering this state. You can enter consciously. When you sit still, you can feel the existence of everything. You seem to be nothing, but you are everything. You have no physical presence. I hope to practice breathing from observation, because you can feel your body from nothingness at any time.
Second, the state of gratitude. Everything you see is beautiful.
I feel that everything is like that, and everything is the best arrangement at the moment. I feel that everything in front of me is beautiful and I really want to thank them. Their existence allows us to appreciate this pluralistic world.
When everyone is happy, everything is pleasing to the eye. If you don't embark on awakening practice, it is scientifically called consciousness improvement. If you don't embark on this road, it will not be easy to stabilize in this state, and consciousness will easily be unconsciously taken away by people, things and collective consciousness around you.
Third, change your mentality and take the initiative to observe your thoughts at any time, that is, constantly look at what you are thinking, inadvertently be brought into negative emotions, and change your mentality at any time.
This aroused our strong reaction and emotion. These are the growing points and ideas that we need to cultivate. At the beginning, you will find that there are many things in your life that need to be cleaned up. These things are becoming less and less subtle, and they are all dirt in your heart. Some people say that it is pain to be exact.
These are the three states in which you use awareness. There may be three states at the same time in one day. Sometimes you find yourself forgetting to observe for a long time. It doesn't matter. Once you actively use awareness in your life, you have begun to learn to grow yourself with love. Don't compare with others, just look at yourself some time ago. Physical and mental growth is our practice, which is a spiral growth. You may be in good shape for a long time, and sometimes you will suddenly fall back to a very low frequency one day. After a long time, you will find it easier and easier to be grateful, and it is still easy to keep a calm heart in busy things and personnel.
