The main responsibilities of Zhungeer Banner Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau:
(a) to implement the laws, regulations and rules of the state and the autonomous region, study and formulate the development strategy, development plan and other policies for the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and be responsible for organizing the implementation and publicity work.
(2) Coordinate the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, study and formulate the development plan of social undertakings in rural pastoral areas, undertake the investigation and study on the development of social undertakings in rural pastoral areas, participate in the formulation of relevant policies, and coordinate and promote the development of social undertakings, public services, infrastructure and rural governance in rural pastoral areas. Take the lead in coordinating and guiding the improvement of living environment and production environment in rural pastoral areas. Guide the construction of spiritual civilization, excellent farming culture and grassland culture in rural pastoral areas.
(three) to promote the reform of the economic system in rural pastoral areas as a whole, and to implement the policies of the central and autonomous regions to deepen the reform of the economic system and basic management system in rural pastoral areas. Guide farmers and herdsmen to contract land and homestead management, supervise the transfer of agricultural land management rights, and guide contract dispute arbitration. Guide the reform of collective property rights system, the development of collective economic organizations and the management of collective assets in rural and pastoral areas. Guide the construction and development of cooperative economic organizations of farmers and herdsmen, socialized service system of agriculture and animal husbandry, and new business entities of agriculture and animal husbandry. Supervise and reduce the burden on farmers and herdsmen, and guide farmers and herdsmen to raise funds and raise labor.
