2. Health pregnant women should not take a bath to prevent bacterial infection. 7. Postpartum breast care should be early and diligent, and both breasts should be fed in turn, and excess milk should be sucked out. When the whole breast is swollen, painful and hard, you can apply a hot towel to the breast for a few minutes before squeezing or sucking milk.
