Pigging by pig: The industrial pigging technology of pig relies on the driving force generated by the pump to push the fluid to drive the pig forward in the pipeline and discharge the accumulated dirt in the pipeline, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning. This technology is widely used in the cleaning engineering of various process pipelines and oil and gas pipelines in oil fields. , especially for cleaning long-distance fluid pipelines, has irreplaceable advantages.
Cleaning process
1, check the pipeline cleaning object.
Before cleaning the pipeline, we should first understand the distribution of the pipeline, its service life, usage and blockage, and whether the buried and exposed parts of the building are damaged. Pay attention to its materials before dredging. Besides cast iron and ceramics, what materials are there in the system, such as equipment and pipes made of structural materials such as cement.
2, segmented cleaning
In order to facilitate pipeline cleaning, it is generally divided into several small cleaning sections. The method of segmentation is mainly based on the volume of the pipeline, the height of the floor, the convenience of cleaning and the possibility of segmentation. Generally speaking, it is better to take the third and fourth floors of a unit as an interval.

After the pipeline is cleaned, conduct acceptance inspection to see whether the pipeline is smooth, clean and unobstructed, and whether it meets the customer's requirements.
Water injection pipeline
Cleaning urban water supply pipeline is a very necessary work, which can not only improve pipeline transportation efficiency and reduce energy consumption, but also remove pipeline dirt, eliminate secondary pollution, improve water quality and protect people's physical and mental health.
1. Cut a section of pipeline to be cleaned, and put the pig with electronic positioning transmitter into the short pipe. Connect the pipeline with pipe clamp (or welding), and then start to pass water (or gas) to make the pig run.
2. Engineers and technicians hold electronic positioning receivers to track the operation of the pig on the pipeline.
3. At the end of the pipeline, a large amount of sewage has appeared, and its concentration is getting bigger and bigger.
4. When the pig reaches the end point, the sewage gradually disappears and the cleaning process ends.
Floor heating cleaning
Check whether the floor heating in your home meets the following conditions:
1. The inner wall of the connecting pipe of the distribution manifold is yellow, green, red rust and black;
2. After more than two heating periods, the indoor temperature is obviously lower than before.
If the above situation occurs, it is urgent to clean the floor heating at home. Relevant data show that if there is no scale of 1mm in the floor heating pipeline, the water temperature will drop by 3-6℃.
There are three cleaning methods for floor heating in the market:
Chemical flushing. This kind of cleaning method needs to remove a thin layer on the floor heating pipeline with chemicals, which will bring damage and rupture to the floor heating pipeline for a long time, and it is the least desirable among all the floor heating cleaning methods.
Shot cleaning method. With compressed air as the power, a special projectile larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline 10-20% is injected into the floor heating pipeline by the transmitter, so that it rubs along the inner wall of the pipeline and cleans the inner wall of the pipeline. This cleaning method of floor heating is good in principle, but it is easy to break, leak and drop the pipe, and the serious scaling of the floor heating pipe will block the projectile in the middle, causing serious consequences.
Pulse physical wave cleaning. This kind of floor heating cleaning method is the best, because using high-pressure airflow to get through the scaling of floor heating pipeline will not bring any harm to the pipeline.
