Dalian area code cannot replace "tourist card"

Travel Card is different from Location Code. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the State Council, it provides domestic and international travel inquiry function for mobile phone users. Accurate to domestic provinces and cities (staying for more than 4 hours), accurate to foreign countries, and relevant data are not shared with our city. Therefore, the "local code" cannot replace the "tourist card" for the time being.
