Tofu, also known as tofu (usually in China's recipes) or tofu (literal translation), is a kind of food that originated in China. It is made by coagulating soybean milk and then pressing the obtained curd into pieces. Making tofu with soy milk is similar to making cheese with milk. Steamed and fried wheat is often mistakenly called "tofu" in Asia or vegetarian food.

Lettuce is an annual or biennial plant in temperate zone, which is usually planted as a leafy vegetable. In western countries, it is usually cold and raw and put in salads, hamburgers, tacos and several other dishes. In some places, including China, lettuce is usually cooked and eaten, and the use of stems is as important as the use of leaves.
Lettuce plants initially have a short stem (rosette-like growth habit), but when it blooms, the stem becomes longer and branches, and produces many heads that look like dandelions, but they are smaller. This is called bolting. When cultivated for food, lettuce is harvested before bolting.
Lettuce is used as an edible plant by the larvae of some LEPIDOPTERA insects.
