The American Food Alliance has launched the "Healthy Eating Pyramid". We should study the reference slowly. At the bottom of the pyramid are grains and flour products. Eat more at the bottom and eat less at the top, with balanced nutrition and good health.

Cereal is the staple food, beans and dairy products can be appropriately increased, and it should be remembered that eating only eight points full, not picky eaters and anorexia, and not overeating, eating clean food is the most important.

In food, one element plays an important role in people's health-vitamins. Vitamins are divided into A, B, C and D, and different vitamins have different functions. Vitamin A is usually found in red and black foods, such as carrots and black beans. Its main function is to protect eyes, which can be used to protect eyesight and treat night blindness. Vitamin C is usually found in vegetables and fruits, which is beneficial to the treatment of scurvy and skin diseases. Of course, we should also pay attention to: some foods should not be mixed together to avoid danger. If shrimp can't be eaten with vitamin C, crab can't be eaten with persimmon. ......

Now people want to be healthy and eat many supplements, such as velvet antler, ginseng and ganoderma lucidum. I recommend Antarctic krill to you here.
