Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in 2020 and the relevant regulations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and in combination with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 The name of the school is Jining Teachers College, which is a public full-time undergraduate college with the national standard code of 1 1427. Article 3 Schools shall be managed by Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Article 4 The "sunshine project" for college enrollment shall be fully implemented in the enrollment work of schools, and the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency shall be implemented, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 6 Schools shall set up a leading group for enrollment work to lead the enrollment work of schools. Its main responsibilities are:

Article 7 The office of the school enrollment leading group is the permanent institution of the school and is responsible for the daily affairs of the school enrollment leading group. Its main responsibilities are:

(eight) to support the relevant enrollment management departments to complete other work in enrollment;

(nine) according to the application of the candidates or their legal guardians, organize the investigation and handling of the enrollment work, and give a reply after the examination and approval of the school enrollment leading group.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules

Article 8 According to the annual enrollment scale of general higher education approved by the state and the planning requirements of the Ministry of Education and the autonomous region, and according to the needs of regional economic and social development, our school will strengthen the analysis and prediction of talent demand, combining its own school-running conditions, the candidates' registration over the years, the completion of enrollment plans over the years, the quality of students, the employment of graduates, and the students of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

(4) Candidates who apply for undergraduate majors in art musicology, music performance, fine arts, visual communication design and environmental design must pass the unified examination results of the corresponding majors in the whole region, and the cultural examination results (including policy points) reach the minimum control score of the corresponding arts in our region. According to the volunteer order of the candidates, from high to low, the scores of the unified examination are multiplied by 60%, and the scores of cultural courses (including policy points) are multiplied by 40%.

Candidates who apply for broadcasting and hosting other art majors, whose scores in cultural examination (including policy bonus points) reach the minimum control score of Hanshou's admission to other art majors, and whose scores in our school's professional school examination are qualified, are sorted from high scores to low scores according to the reported voluntary order, multiplied by 60% of the professional school examination scores and multiplied by 40% of the cultural course scores (including policy bonus points), and accepted according to the principle of professional voluntary zero-clearing. If the total score after conversion is parallel, the students will be selected according to the examination results of broadcasting and hosting art majors;

(5) Candidates who apply for sports undergraduate majors, the scores of cultural and sports majors reach the minimum admission control scores stipulated by the province (autonomous region) where they are located, and the sports education majors are selected according to the order in which candidates fill in their volunteers, and the test scores of sports majors are replenished from high to low; When the candidates' ranking results are the same, people who rank according to physical education results are selected in turn according to the results of cultural courses, Chinese, liberal arts or science, foreign languages, liberal arts mathematics or science mathematics;

(6) English majors require candidates to take an extra oral test and pass the exam;

(7) Candidates' physical health requires the implementation of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation;

(8) Candidates majoring in air crew, civil aviation safety technology management and high-speed rail passenger crew must attend professional interviews and physical examinations organized by our school after arriving at school. Those who fail the professional interview and physical examination will be transferred to other non-normal majors.

Article 12 Undergraduate majors such as Information and Computing Science, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Electronic Information Science and Technology, Computer Science, etc. will be offered English language in public foreign languages after enrollment. Candidates in non-English languages should fill in carefully.

Chapter IV Scholarships and Grants for Students

Thirteenth school awards and grants are:

(1) National scholarship: 8,000 yuan per person per year, accounting for 3 ‰ of the number of students;

(2) National inspirational scholarship: 5,000 yuan per person per year, accounting for 3% of the number of students;

(3) State grants: 3,300 yuan per person per year, accounting for 30% of the number of students.

Fourteenth freshmen with financial difficulties can apply for national student loans in the bank where their household registration is located according to the relevant provisions of the state with the relevant certificates such as the Admission Notice.

Chapter V Issuance of Degree Certificates

Article 15 According to the Regulations on the Management of Students in Jining Normal University, students who have completed the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the examination are allowed to graduate, and the school will issue graduation certificates to ordinary colleges and universities stamped with the seal of Jining Normal University.

(6) majors such as legal secretary, hotel management, aviation crew, high-speed railway passenger crew, civil aviation safety technology management, telecommunications service and management: 5,000 yuan/year;

(7) Undergraduate majors in Mongolian teaching: 4,800 yuan/year for preschool education, 3,360 yuan/year for China minority languages and literature, and 5,760 yuan/year for music performance (awarded);

(8) School-enterprise cooperation of information and computing science (big data direction), visual communication design, environmental design and computer undergraduate majors: 1 10,000 yuan/year.
