Matters needing attention in nucleic acid detection:
1. Wear a mask correctly, take it off before testing, put it on immediately after testing, and prepare a spare mask to change at any time after pollution.
2. Wait in line at the sampling site, keep a safe distance of 1 m, and don't talk or gather; Actively make "health code and boarding code", and cooperate with inspection, temperature measurement and registration.
3. When collecting the oropharyngeal swab, the head leans back 45 degrees, the tongue is forced downward, and the tonsils are fully exposed, which is convenient for the sampler to collect accurately. Symptoms such as irritating dry cough, nausea and vomiting may occur during sampling. The tester should try to open his mouth gently, and don't shout or take a deep breath.
4. Please pay attention to hand hygiene when sampling on site. Do not touch the sampling table and the protective clothing of medical staff to avoid pollution. Don't leave personal items such as keys, mobile phones and ID cards on the table.
5. Please leave the sampling site immediately after sampling, and don't spit, vomit or stay around the sampling site.
