2. Click on the health code to enter the page, select the city you want to go to in Shandong in the selected area, and click below to view it immediately.
3. Enter the health password page and click the password application, as shown in the figure below.
4. Then fill in the information truthfully in the opened page and submit it, as shown in the figure below.
5. A prompt will pop up after submission. Click Continue to Submit to display the page of successful application.
