Heart blood supply is insufficient, kidney is not good, usually pay attention to nutrition, balanced diet, eat more coarse grains, and supplement protein, fat, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, water and dietary fiber. The amount of food for three meals a day for adult women is as follows (others can reduce it as appropriate).

1, breakfast:
