According to the requirements of the Japanese government, the relevant pre-departure inspection requirements for visitors to Japan are adjusted as follows
I. Restrictions on entry personnel
The new regulations are short-term stagnation (less than 3 months) for the purpose of resuming sightseeing (only when the travel agency is the person in charge of reception), short-term stagnation (less than 3 months) for business and long-term stagnation for the purpose of studying abroad. According to the current requirements of Japanese airport frontier defense, all new visas issued before February 2, 65438 (except Japanese spouses and children, spouses and children of permanent residents and diplomatic visas) will be suspended, but visas issued after February 2, 65438 will not be affected.
Second, the nucleic acid test report before departure
From March of 1.202 1 to March of 19, all people entering Japan must have a nucleic acid test report issued by a professional medical institution within 72 hours before the flight takes off. The test report must meet the requirements stipulated by Japan Quarantine Bureau, and people without valid test report will not be able to take the flight.
2. All passengers entering from Narita Airport in Japan can complete the pre-declaration and review of nucleic acid test report through the mobile phone application "My SOS". When signing in, the green code interface will be displayed in the app "My SOS" to replace the original paper version of nucleic acid detection report.
Three. Entry quarantine measures
For all personnel entering Japan from overseas, the following measures should be taken at the quarantine office upon entry:
1. Show the negative nucleic acid test report to the quarantine officer within 72 hours before the flight takes off.
2. Submit an affidavit, promising that the entry personnel will not use public transport during the quarantine period, conduct health tracking through the APP, and provide location information as required by the Health Confirmation Center.
3. Entry personnel must download the APP designated by quarantine. If you don't have a smartphone to install the required APP, you must rent a smartphone from the phone company at the airport before entering the country, and the rent will be borne by the entry-exit personnel themselves.
4. Submit the online questionnaire. In order to facilitate the health tracking management of entry personnel, based on the provisions of article 12 of Japan's Quarantine Law, passengers must truthfully submit online questionnaires before entering the country and show them to quarantine personnel.
5. People who enter Japan from China, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated with three doses of vaccine approved by the Japanese government, do not need to undergo nucleic acid testing at the airport when entering Japan. Cancel the isolation measures after entering the country.
Narita Airport allows people who do not enter Japan to transfer to a third country via Narita Airport in Tokyo, Japan. Passengers must hold valid air tickets in the latter part and meet the epidemic prevention requirements of third countries.
