Take Alipay version 10.2.28 as an example. (1) Use process of guardian fund:
(1) Open the login Alipay APP and search for "mutual treasure" or "health gold" in the search box at the top of Alipay homepage.
(2) On the transfer-in page, find and click "Apply for Guardian Fund".
(3) Users inquire about diseases according to the diagnosis results of doctors, fill in relevant information online, and submit claims materials.
(4) The Mutual Insurance Association will review the claims data and investigate the claims cases.
(5) After approval, the Mutual Insurance Association will directly transfer the reimbursement amount to the user's Alipay account.

(1) Open the login Alipay APP and search for "Health Gold" in the search box at the top of Alipay homepage.
(2) In the page, click "reimbursement amount for inpatient/outpatient service" and "I want to reimburse" in turn.
(3) In the page, the user fills in relevant reimbursement materials according to the prompts.
(4) The insurance company will review the reimbursement materials. After approval, users can get reimbursement.
