The first goal of the MEM project of East China Normal University is to train the chief technology officer and set the direction of the chief technology officer for the science and technology industry and enterprises, including advanced classes and elite classes, namely the advanced MEM project and the elite MEM project. The goal and achievement of training is to contribute to the demand for advanced talents in China's scientific and technological innovation development strategy, with emphasis on artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, biomedicine and several strategic emerging industries. The second goal is to cultivate emergency management and major project management talents, and set emergency technology and management direction and major project management direction for the government and public management departments, namely emergency technology and management MEM project and major project management MEM project. Training objectives and achievements help to cope with or solve the demand for senior talents from major social problems and risks, focusing on public health, government management and industry organizations.
In the personnel training of MEM project in East China Normal University, there are five specific goals: the sense of mission, creativity and excellent thinking, technology transfer and commercialization ability, innovative leadership, global vision and insight into technology trends. The college pays attention to cultivating students' innovative leadership, that is, the ability of leaders to promote and enhance employees' creativity and innovative behavior, which is also the core driving force for enterprise growth.
