Article 14
Health supervision institutions shall, according to the results of health examination, issue health certificates to those who pass the preventive health examination. Put forward opinions on handling unqualified personnel and supervise their implementation. At the same time, the original materials should be submitted to the inspected unit or the designated filing unit for filing.
Article 15
The health supervision institution shall make a unified summary of the preventive health examination within its jurisdiction every year, analyze it and submit it to the local health administrative department and the superior health supervision institution in time.
