Tibet, like Qinghai, belongs to the plateau region, mainly including Lhasa, Namco, Linzhi, Xigaze, Shannan, Qamdo, Naqu and Ali. Third, altitude sickness.
Because the oxygen content in the air at high altitude is relatively low, ordinary people will lack oxygen and produce various diseases, which is altitude sickness. The occurrence of altitude sickness is mainly related to altitude difference. People who live in Xining go to Lhasa, and the direct height difference between the two places is about 1200m, so healthy people will not have altitude sickness. If people who live in Xining go to the base camp of Mount Everest in Tibet, the altitude difference is above 2500, and there is a high probability that altitude sickness will occur at this time.
