How do you eat breakfast?

Breakfast is very important. We should eat nutritious food, because it provides our bodies with the energy they need for morning activities.

However, when it comes to what to eat for breakfast, people in different places receive different breakfasts. For example, in the south and the north, we all know that the breakfast in the south is generally rice and noodles, while the breakfast in the north is generally steamed bread and baked wheat cakes, but everyone in other different cities has different breakfasts every day.

Take myself for example, my hometown is in a remote mountain village in a city in the south. Before I went to high school, I always thought that breakfast meant eating, because people there ate three meals a day. After high school, there are steamed buns, steamed buns, noodles and so on in the school cafeteria. I don't know this ingredient, so there is a difference between breakfast and Chinese food.

Now I work, and the place where I work is also in the south. There are many people here, and breakfast is also very rich. There are porridge, wonton, jiaozi, steamed bread, cakes, noodles, rice rolls and so on.

Because I live alone, I don't pay much attention to what I eat. I just need to eat enough, and try to eat as delicately and nutritionally as possible.

Monday: I usually eat noodles, because when I eat noodles, I put some vegetables or eggs in them. In a word, the noodles will taste better if they are nutritious and add some vegetables. Vegetables and other things are usually prepared on weekends, which can be prepared half an hour in advance. Eating noodles is the most satisfying.

Tuesday: Eat two steamed buns with a small bottle of milk or yogurt. Steamed bread is usually bought in the supermarket, put in the refrigerator and steamed in the morning.

Wednesday: Two cakes and an apple. I bought hair cakes near where I live. I tried several times without success, and the method was complicated and time-consuming. I might as well go to the breakfast shop to buy it.

Thursday: 2 slices of bread and a box of milk. You will choke if you eat bread alone. Just eat it with milk. It's nutritious and delicious.

Thursday: Two steamed buns and an apple. I like apples very much. I usually eat one every day, but I come back late from work every day, so I eat it in the morning.

Friday: A bowl of mung bean porridge or a bowl of red bean porridge with an egg. I drink porridge more often in winter, because the temperature is lower, so I can cook it the night before and drink less in summer.

Saturday and Sunday, because it's a weekend, I usually get up late. I just cook and eat.

Because of eating more and exercising less, I have gained a lot of weight in recent years. I decided to eat less breakfast next year.

Finally, I hope that friends who are working hard outside, no matter how busy, remember to eat breakfast on time, because good health is everything.
