Xiaoling found a gynecologist and diagnosed that she had a constitution of disharmony between liver and stomach. After Chinese medicine gave Xiaoling perilla leaf, coptis root and other Chinese medicines, Xiaoling's morning sickness was much better. Chinese medicine reminds her to eat less fried food, onion and garlic and spicy spices in her daily diet.
Morning sickness, also known as "unlucky" or "sick child", is the most serious period of morning sickness at 8 ~ 12 weeks after pregnancy. Even if there is no real vomiting, most pregnant women will have upper gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, nausea and indigestion.
Xiaoling's morning sickness belongs to the disharmony between liver and stomach. It is mainly treated with Suye Huanglian Decoction, and hot and dry food must be avoided in daily diet.
There is also a kind of morning sickness, which is spleen and stomach weakness. Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is the main treatment. Such pregnant women should eat less cold food, such as frozen products, watermelons, grapefruit, grapefruit, oranges and so on. In addition, the commonly used anti-vomiting foods for pregnant women are: perilla leaves, plums and dried tangerine peel. Pregnant women with cold constitution can add ginger juice to stop vomiting.
