Health and longevity stem from

There are many factors that affect human health, cause diseases and deaths, such as climate, diet structure, labor mode, social system, economic conditions, etc., but these are external factors as well as objective factors.

There are more important factors for human health and longevity, namely "Tao" and "morality", which are internal factors, subjective factors and of course more important factors.

Huangdi Neijing, Su Wen, ancient naivety;

"Yesterday in the Yellow Emperor, god was born, weak and eloquent, young and partial, long and sensitive, and successful. I asked Shi Tian: I heard that ancient people were 100 years old in the Spring and Autumn Period, but their mobility did not decrease; People are different now, but those who have failed in sports for half a century are different from the times. Will people miss it?

Qi Bo said to him, "Those who know the Dharma in ancient times are based on Yin and Yang, and they are based on several tricks. They eat and drink regularly, live regularly and don't work rashly, so they can live in harmony with God, and they live to 100 years old. " .

Today's people, on the other hand, take wine as their pulp, act recklessly, get drunk at home, exhaust their essence, dissipate their truth, don't know how to hold their full, always keep their gods, speed up their hearts, go against the joy of life, and be unrestrained, so they will fail at half a hundred. ……

The emperor said: A Taoist can have children at the age of 100. Qi Bo said: People with virtue can be old and stylish, and they can have children even when they are old. "

In this passage in Huangdi Neijing, an important concept is put forward, that is, the premise of health and longevity is to know, and knowing can make people healthy and live longer.

So, what is "Tao"?

China's culture can be said to be the culture of Taoism, because people in China can't live without Taoism.

It is generally believed that there are three schools of traditional culture in China, namely, Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism, among which Buddhism is the product of the combination of foreign culture and China culture, while Confucianism and Taoism are pure traditional cultures in China.

Needless to say, the relationship between Taoism and Taoism, even Confucianism can not be separated from Taoism. For example, Confucius, the founder of Confucianism, said, "As soon as you hear Taoism, you can die overnight", which shows how obsessed and pious he is in pursuing Taoism.

Han Yu said: "Ancient scholars must have teachers and teachers to teach students to solve doubts." Teachers are engineers of the human soul, and the primary task of teachers is to preach and teach students to solve doubts, followed by teaching students to solve doubts. Thus, it is impossible to know.

At the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, Laozi first regarded Taoism as the origin and universal law of the universe and became the founder of Taoism.

Before Laozi, people only inferred the origin of everything to the sky, but did not touch whether the sky had an origin. When I arrived at Laozi, I began to infer the source of heaven and put forward a way.

He believes that everything in the world is born of Tao. He said: "things are mixed, born, lonely, independent and unchanging, and can be the mother of the world." I don't know its name, the word says, it is strong, it is big and fleeting, and it is far away. " (Chapter 25 of Lao Zi).

There have always been different interpretations of what Laozi called "Tao".

Some people think that Tao is the spiritual noumenon and the highest principle that exists independently of material entities, and claim that Laozi's theory of Tao is objective idealism.

Others think that Tao is an inseparable unity of chaos in the primitive state of the universe, and claim that Laozi's theory of Tao is materialism.

Laozi believes that the process of Tao generating all things in the world is "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and all things" (Chapter 42).

After the creation of all things, Tao is the basis of the existence of all things in heaven and earth, and it is included in all things in heaven and earth. Tao is universal, all-encompassing and all-encompassing.

Although Tao exists in the universe, it is different from tangible things that can be felt. It is invisible, deaf and irresistible, and it is what constitutes the same essence of all things in heaven and earth.

So we can't rely on the sensory organs to achieve it, and it is difficult to express it in ordinary words. We can only use metaphors and descriptions to illustrate its existence.

For the unification of the world, Lao Tzu made a genius speculation and description.

Laozi's Taoist theory has a far-reaching influence on later generations.

During the Warring States period, the Confucian scholar Yijing also put forward the theory of "Tao", which was considered as the universal law of the mutual transformation of opposites.

The book of changes "cohesion" says that "one yin and one yang are the Tao", and the mutual transformation of one yin and one yang is the Tao. He also said: "The metaphysical refers to the Tao, while the metaphysical refers to the device", and regards the Tao as an invisible abstract law, which is different from tangible concrete things.

China's healthy and long-lived "Tao" and China's "Tao" culture are in the same strain.

To study the "Tao" of health and longevity, we must study Huangdi Neijing, because Huangdi Neijing is the earliest existing medical work in China, a work devoted to health and longevity, and the main basis for us to study the "Tao" of health and longevity.

"Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen and Ancient Naivety" said: "Ancient people, those who know, learn Yin and Yang, and count tricks, eat moderately, live regularly, and don't move, so they can be in harmony with God and die at the age of 100."

People who know Tao and live a long and healthy life here are mainly able to "learn from Yin and Yang and skills" and follow the natural laws of diet and daily life.

Or in "Ancient Innocence", we discussed the mode of healthy and long life-real people, wise men, saints and sages.

"I heard that there were real people in ancient times, holding heaven and earth, grasping yin and yang, breathing essence, keeping god independently and keeping a muscle, so I can live a long life in heaven and earth, and this is the living method.

In the Middle Ages, there was supreme virtue and omnipotence, harmony between Yin and Yang, and at four o'clock, they died of vulgarity, concentrated their attention, wandered between heaven and earth, extended their audio-visual tentacles, and benefited for a lifetime, and the strong also belonged to real people.

Secondly, there are saints, the unity of heaven and man, who follow the principle of the Eight Winds, are secular, have no regrets, are unwilling to leave the people, are naked, are unwilling to look at vulgarity, do not work hard outside, have no distractions inside, take pleasure as their service, take self-satisfaction as their contribution, and have a good figure and spirit, which can also be hundreds.

Secondly, there are sages who govern heaven and earth, such as the sun and the moon, distinguish the stars, guard yin and yang, and contract for four seasons from ancient times, which can also prolong life for a very long time. "

It can be seen that the "Tao" followed by ancient healthy and longevity sages is the natural law of Yin and Yang.

There is a saying in Su Wen's "Huangdi Neijing Four Qi Tunes the Spirit": "The four seasons of yin and yang are the foundation of all things, so saints nourish yang in spring and summer and yin in autumn and winter to follow their roots, so at the door of growth, they float and sink with all things. If you violate its roots, you cut off its roots, which is really bad.

Therefore, the four seasons of Yin and Yang are the end of all things and the foundation of life and death. If you go against it, it will be a disaster, and if you go against it, you can't afford it. This is the Tao. Tao, sage and fool admire it. "

The "Tao" here is also the four seasons of Yin and Yang.

Yi Chuan copula: "One yin and one yang is the Tao".

Laozi said: "Man should learn from earth, the earth should learn from heaven, and heaven should learn from Taoism, and Taoism is natural." .

Neijing Su Wen Yi Xiang Yin and Yang: "Yin and Yang are the way of heaven and earth".

"Yi Zhuan" and "Neijing" hold that "Tao" is yin and yang; Laozi thinks that Tao is nature. In fact, the meaning of the two is the same, and the basic law of nature is yin and yang.

Tao is the law of nature, and Tao is yin and yang.

To smell the Tao is to understand the laws of nature; Enlightenment is to study the laws of nature; Tao is to follow the laws of nature.

Tao is the law of nature, and health and longevity must follow the law of nature. Hearing, understanding and doing are all wisdom, and the wise can live a long and healthy life.

Current research shows that if human beings can adapt to nature and live according to natural laws, they can reduce hypertension by 50%, cerebrovascular diseases and coronary heart diseases by 75%, diabetes by 50% and tumors by 33%, and people's average life expectancy is expected to be extended by more than 10 years.
