1. Click Settings, and click Settings in the alarm interface of the clock to enter.
2. Click the settings in "Health" to open the page, and click the settings in "Health" below.
3. Click Add to jump to the page, and slide the timeline to set the bedtime and wake-up time. Click Add in the upper right corner.
4. Click Change, and click the change option behind the alarm clock in the alarm clock interface of the clock.
5. Slide the volume button, slide the page down to find the sound and touch options, and slide the volume button left and right to adjust the alarm clock sound.
