5. Carry out strict community health management for 14 days for all people who come to Shanghai or return to Shanghai from domestic epidemic risk areas or pass through risk areas, and conduct COVID-19 nucleic acid detection twice.
6. Medical institutions, schools and other relevant units should strengthen health code inspection, assist faculty and students who come to Shanghai and return to Shanghai to implement corresponding health management measures, strictly implement nucleic acid detection for relevant personnel within 48 hours after coming to Shanghai and returning to Shanghai, and carry out independent health monitoring for 7 days.
Further strengthen the responsibility of "territories, departments, units and individuals", and urge and guide airports, stations, docks and other transportation passenger stations, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters, hospitals and schools to strengthen the temperature measurement and health code inspection of people coming to and returning from Shanghai.
