Take the subtropical high school as an example: there are three types of questions: multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and case analysis questions, while there are two types of questions in the regular high school. The examination time is 2 hours (with health management 1 hour), and the total score of the test paper is 100.
Pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of examination time.
In this case, candidates should not only answer questions carefully, but also pay special attention to arranging the examination time reasonably. During the whole man-machine dialogue exam, the progress of answering questions and the remaining time of the exam will be displayed at the bottom of the computer screen, which is convenient for candidates to control the answering speed and master the time. Specific questions and questions are subject to the actual examination.
The examinee's answering operation is "irreversible"
Different from the paper-and-pencil test, in some specific cases in the man-machine dialogue test, the examinee's answering operation is "irreversible".
In the "professional knowledge" examination, during the examination of a certain question type (such as "multiple choice"), candidates can view and modify the answers of any question type at any time, but once the answers are confirmed and new questions are entered (such as ending "multiple choice" and entering "* * * multiple choice"), candidates will not be able to return to the previous examination questions ("multiple choice").
Case analysis problem
For each case analysis question, the next question can only be seen after completing the previous question, and the answer to the previous question cannot be viewed or modified after entering the next question (for example, after confirming the completion of "1 question" and entering "2 questions", candidates cannot view or modify their own "1 question").
Matters needing attention
Note 1: Man-machine dialogue test mainly examines candidates' ability to apply knowledge in clinical environment, rather than rote memorization. Most of the test questions are based on case descriptions. Candidates read the case, extract important information from the case, and then analyze and diagnose the answers. Therefore, if the topic is flexible, the fuzzy score of the concept will not be very high and it is easy to make mistakes.
Note 2: review the method three times, read it roughly for the first time, and read it quickly in the blank space of the book to understand several aspects. The second time, read every word carefully, understand its purpose and meaning, ask more why, and know fairly well.
The purpose of each operation, such as T-tube nursing last year, was tested from three different angles: the purpose of placing T-tube, the purpose of placing T-tube for a patient, and the indication of dialing T-tube.
Note 3: Arrange the time reasonably. Before last year's exam, my colleagues who took the man-machine dialogue exam in previous years said that there was not enough time for the exam, so I did it in a hurry without careful analysis. I have finished all the questions, and there are still 30 minutes to hand in the papers, so I can't go back and check them again, which wastes precious time.
