3. Those who have lived in high-risk areas and other counties with local case reports come with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. If they can't provide it, they need to carry out 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and carry out home health monitoring for 7 days from the date of departure according to the principle of filling vacancies.
Three, land border port cities to engage in cold chain, logistics and other key industries outside the province to return home, must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, can not provide 1 time nucleic acid testing within 24 hours.
4. Personnel from low-risk areas outside the province must take the initiative to conduct a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arrival, and do personal protection before the test results come out, and do not participate in gathering activities or take public transportation.
Five, migrant workers in the province should actively do a good job in personal health monitoring. It is risky to encourage mainlanders to celebrate the New Year on the spot. When you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, decreased taste and smell, please go to the nearest fever clinic in time under the condition of personal protection, truthfully report your residence history and personal contact, cooperate with epidemiological investigation, and try to avoid traveling by public transport. Refusing to accept inspection and quarantine, home health monitoring, home isolation medical observation, centralized isolation medical observation or treatment, concealing the itinerary and close contact history of epidemic areas, refusing to report to the community, deliberately entering public places to spread viruses, or obstructing the execution of official duties of epidemic prevention and control, administrative punishment shall be given according to law, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law if the case constitutes a crime.
