Heart and brain health protection

Cut the crap and get to work.

Animal fat is a solid or semi-solid lipid product extracted from animal adipose tissue, such as lard, butter and sheep oil. Animal fat contains a lot of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol, which is not only difficult to digest, but also easy to accumulate in human blood vessels, thus leading to gastrointestinal dysfunction and various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, seriously endangering human health and shortening life span. In addition to animal fat, you should also eat less or not eat animal fat foods, such as pig skin, pig brain, pork loin, bovine bone marrow, whole milk and so on.

Butter includes animal cream and vegetable cream. Among them, animal cream is concentrated milk fat extracted from fresh milk. Cream is sweet and rich, and is loved by many people, especially girls. However, butter also contains a lot of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol, which is recognized as the "enemy of the cardiovascular system". Don't eat more even if it is delicious.

Although vegetable butter itself does not contain saturated fatty acids, it contains more trans fatty acids. After eating, it will increase the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the blood, destroy the lipid metabolism mechanism of the human body, and cause a greater risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than animal fat. Therefore, compared with animal cream, vegetable cream should not be eaten more.

Staple food can supplement enough calories for human body, and it is the main body of Chinese residents' traditional diet. Adequate staple foods should be supplemented in daily diet, but refined white rice and white flour staple foods should be eaten less. Because these foods are carefully processed, they lose too many nutrients, especially vitamins and dietary fiber, which are extremely important to human health.

If you want to protect the health of blood vessels, eat some coarse grains every day. Coarse grains are rich in dietary fiber and B vitamins, which can enhance satiety, help detoxify, prevent excessive fat and cholesterol from depositing in the body, prevent constipation, obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other diseases, and protect the cardiovascular system.

Because of the high alcohol concentration, excessive drinking of liquor will cause certain damage to the heart, liver, kidney and nervous system, such as alcoholic cirrhosis. The stimulation of alcohol on digestive tract can also induce gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer and esophageal cancer. Excessive drinking will also increase blood pressure, leading to poor antihypertensive treatment.

5. White condiments such as sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate should be limited.

Besides providing sweetness, white sugar has little nutritional value. Both salt and monosodium glutamate contain more sodium. Excessive consumption can lead to high blood pressure and increase the risk of arteriosclerosis.
