(1) College degree or above in medicine and health.

(3) Have a technical secondary school education in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years, have been trained by a health administrator (level 3) to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
At present, most provinces do not support individual registration, and they need training from training institutions to register.
