In other words, your data will be consistent between the local mobile phone and the cloud or between multiple mobile phones. When data changes (addition, deletion and modification) are made on the mobile phone, these changes will be synchronized to the cloud and other mobile phones. To use the cloud synchronization function, the following conditions must be met:
1. Log in to the account and turn on the sync switch.

3. When the synchronized data are photo albums and audio recordings, the power saving mode should be turned off.
4. There is enough storage space in the cloud.

Optimize storage space:
Cloud service can store your original photos on the cloud service, and keep the reduced photos that can be clearly viewed in the mobile phone, saving the storage space of the mobile phone.
Go to "Settings > Cloud Services > Photos/Albums" and turn on the "Optimize Storage Space" switch.
Manage cloud synchronization data:
Mobile phone: Go to "Settings > Login Account > Cloud Service > Manage Cloud Data" and select photo albums or notes. Download and delete data.
Computer: Log in to the cloud service official website for data management.
Tips:
The synchronization function of private safes needs to meet two conditions:
① The version of mobile phone system is ColorOS 1 1 or above.
② The version number of private safe is 8. 1.2 or above.
