Reflections on the Teaching Plan of Bread Making, a food education activity for large classes

Bread is one of the common foods in children's life, but children don't know much about making bread. Some children know that bread is made of eggs and sesame seeds, but they don't know that bread is mainly flour, and bread is also a kind of pasta, and they know little about the making process of bread. In order to expand children's knowledge in this field and cultivate their love for pasta, I launched this activity.

In this activity, I teach by combining pictures and texts. Attractive pictures impact children's vision, and the narration of language enriches children's knowledge, so that children can obtain the information of making bread through multiple channels, and then make bread by themselves to achieve the purpose of this activity.

I have done a lot of work before this activity, but there are still unexpected places, such as preparing ingredients, especially fermented flour. If there are children involved in this link, it would be better for them to observe the fermentation process!

In the process of making bread, it is found that the bread made by children has a single style. Put more pictures of bread styles and ingredients, and let children try to make different breads many times, which will achieve better teaching results.

Because of the high temperature of the tray, the teacher didn't let the children try it. I don't feel perfect. This link can involve children.
