Which is healthier, Yoshinoya or Hamburg?

Yoshinoya is healthier than Hamburg. Everyone who has eaten hamburgers knows that there is usually a large piece of meat in a hamburger, and a little vegetables are symbolically put in it, usually lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and so on. Obviously, more meat and less vegetables. No wonder many people are satisfied with eating hamburgers. The plate is divided into four parts, namely sweet potato, animal food and protein-rich soybeans, vegetables and fruits, and there is a glass of milk beside the plate. Thus, the area of vegetables and grains is the largest, followed by fruits, which provide protein with the least animal food and soybeans, but the nutrition distribution of hamburgers is uneven.
