Treatment conditions:
Passengers who have not experienced fever (above 37.3℃), persistent dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms for more than 0/4 consecutive days, can apply for an electronic health pass under the following circumstances:
1. The confirmed cases diagnosed in COVID-19 have not been observed for 14 days after discharge;
2. Suspected cases, positive infection, not cured or under isolation observation 14 days;
3. Close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases and positive infected persons in COVID-19 have not been released from medical observation;
4. Dissatisfaction with home observation after leaving the administrative area of this province 14 days;
5. There is a history of contact with people in high-incidence areas such as Hubei, and the isolation observation time is less than 14 days.

② Health Pass in the menu bar of epidemic prevention area in Health Shandong Service Number, or scan the QR code below to enter for processing.
Processing flow:
① After entering the entrance, the interface is as follows:
Fill in the above information truthfully and submit it.
② After successfully submitting the information, enter the health pass interface, and click the pass application displayed in red.
③ Enter the access card application interface, fill in the relevant information truthfully, and then submit it.
(4) After successful submission, the system will give a black and white health code (as shown below). At this time, it is waiting for the issuer to review the issue.

Validity of electronic health card: 14 days

Black-and-white health code stands for: electronic card application has been submitted and is to be issued.
The yellow health code indicates that the information needs to be further improved and verified before it can pass (such as temperature measurement, etc. ), or the health pass card has expired and needs to be declared again;
Red health code means: those who do not meet the travel conditions should report to the local community (village) or unit and notify the local epidemic prevention and control department when necessary;
Green health code stands for: it can be passed directly.
